Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields and/or specialization courses in urban planning, sanitation, drainage, and paving are valued. * Experience in managing and analyzing land development infrastructure projects, with a focus on projects developed by third parties. * Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, and AutoCAD. * Carry out the hiring, deadline control, and critical analysis of all projects delivered by third parties (earthwork, paving, drainage, water network, electrical network), verifying compliance with company assumptions, technical standards, and legal requirements for approval. * Propose changes and improvements to projects to optimize the approval process and meet company requirements. * Manage the analysis and approval of external projects related to vertical developments, such as network extensions or non-incidental works (ONI). * Provide technical support to other departments within the company, especially budgeting, planning, and construction, including occasional site execution monitoring. * Analyze guidelines provided by city halls and utility companies, proposing improvements to meet company requirements for new developments. * Attend inspections by external agencies, such as GraProHab, including occasional travel for in-person visits to municipal and state agencies, aiming to collect and negotiate requirements for project development and approval follow-up. * Provide technical support for construction execution. 2511070202301733056
