### **Position Description:** We are seeking a Manufacturing Analyst / MES Support professional to provide support, monitoring, and enhancement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other shop-floor applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity of systems, supporting implementations, and actively collaborating with local and global teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage the full ticket lifecycle: status updates, detailed action logging, analysis, incident resolution, and report generation. * Support the planning and execution of MES-related implementations and projects focused on improvements and new solutions. * Collaborate with internal and international teams to ensure integrated support and respond to high-priority requests within established deadlines. * Provide support for other local applications related to the manufacturing environment, in addition to MES systems. * Provide after-hours support when necessary to ensure operational continuity. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures. * Work closely with development teams and functional areas to resolve application issues and address new requirements. * Interact with end users to deliver support, training, and guidance aimed at improving operational processes. * Collaborate with global teams to standardize and optimize production PC installations. * Perform testing, validation, and management of new application releases. * Develop and maintain automated tests to identify issues prior to go-live. * Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. * Plan, install, test, and monitor technical prerequisites on production PCs. * Evaluate existing work processes and implement continuous improvements. * Support integrations between shop-floor systems and other platforms such as SAP, PLCs, Reporting, and PLM. * Participate in occasional travel to other facilities as required. * Provide support for other IT demands (infrastructure and systems) following hiring. * Act ethically, systematically, deadline-oriented, and with strong professionalism in a multicultural environment. ### **Requirements – Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field **or** at least three years of proven experience with production supervision software. * Practical knowledge of hardware: industrial PCs, expansion cards (Applicom / Molex / Woodhead), RS232 serial communication, and industrial protocols (especially Ethernet/IP). * Familiarity with vision inspection systems. * Basic understanding of industrial automation, PLCs (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), I/O, PC integration, and OPC solutions. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (SQL Server). * Advanced use of ticketing and incident management tools. ### **Technical and Behavioral Skills:** * Strong ability to collaborate with functional and development teams. * Clear and concise communication skills with users and global stakeholders. * Proactive in identifying improvements and optimizing processes. * Organized, disciplined, and skilled at prioritizing tasks. * Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. * Adaptability to multicultural and international environments. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
