Description: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields (currently enrolled). * Experience in supplier management, maintenance, minor construction works, or facilities management. * Basic ability to read blueprints and foundational knowledge of budgeting. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel. * Lead the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure for sales shifts; * Request, analyze, and negotiate service budgets and contracts; * Monitor execution of renovations, installations, and maintenance services; * Conduct technical inspections, site surveys, and progress documentation; * Manage schedules, deadlines, and quality of delivered services; * Develop and maintain a portfolio of suppliers and service providers; * Provide ongoing operational support to the Commercial team. 2512110202491913755
