Here at Ascenty, we’re seeking a **Construction Coordinator** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; * **Language Skills:** Intermediate English (preferred) * **Work Location:** Vinhedo – São Paulo * **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Code:** COORD.VIN **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily activities related to Data Center projects and construction; * Validate and coordinate daily activities of project teams and construction contractors; * Supervise supplier contracts; * Plan and supervise the work of contractors and partners; * Provide feedback to immediate supervisor, contractors, and Operations and Facilities teams; * Maintain regular contact with clients, presenting and reporting on construction and project progress; * Prepare and present quantitative and managerial reports related to the area to senior management; * Collaborate with Operations and Facilities departments, reporting and presenting resolutions and solutions for various projects and construction works; * Ensure compliance with administrative and financial processes. **Previous Experience:** * Experience in large-scale construction, Data Center projects and/or operations; leadership experience; * Proven experience with Data Center cooling systems; * Experience in Data Center construction or maintenance.
