Main Responsibilities: * Identify training needs in collaboration with departments and leadership; * Plan, organize, and deliver technical, behavioral, and operational training; * Develop supporting materials and content; * Monitor training schedules and records; * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements; * Support development initiatives and internal programs. Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in training and development; * Proficiency in presentation and tracking tools.
