Manage crises and communicate status updates. Prepare reports for senior management. Manage shift scheduling, time off, and vacation planning. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or IT. Experience in technical support (preferably in Telecommunications). Experience in team management. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
