The Challenge As an Application Service Manager (ASM), you will be the guardian of stability, performance, and governance across the global corporate application ecosystem. This role combines technical leadership, vendor management, financial control, and operational excellence assurance, ensuring applications deliver value, meet SLAs, and operate with maximum efficiency. **Requirements:** Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Application Portfolio Management **Manage the full lifecycle of applications:** deployment, performance, incidents, and decommissioning. Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for availability and user experience. Ensure compliance with Information Security, Audit, and Compliance policies. 2️⃣ Service Governance and Delivery Supervise internal teams and service providers. Conduct post\-mortems, health checks, and capacity reviews. Implement automation, observability, and DevOps practices. Utilize tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ServiceNow. 3️⃣ Vendor and Contract Management Lead relationships with global vendors, track contractual KPIs, and SLA renegotiations. 4️⃣ Financial and OPEX Management Plan, control, and report OPEX and financial forecasts. Identify cost optimization opportunities in Cloud, licensing, and automations. 5️⃣ Change and Release Management Supervise deploys, patches, and upgrades with focus on stability and change governance (Change Management). 6️⃣ Global Communication and Engagement Work with international stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Leads, and regional teams. Ensure scalability and operational continuity in global projects. Experience and Technical Skills 5\+ years in IT Operations, Application Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Governance. Expertise in vendor management, SLA/KPI management, change \& incident management. Experience with Datadog, Grafana, ServiceNow, Azure, Power Platform, SAP, Dataverse. Familiarity with agile methodologies, automation, and observability. Advanced English (daily global communication).
