Strengthening relationships with cooperative members and driving business growth through consultative, sustainable, and strategy-aligned approaches. Providing in-person, telephone, or digital service to cooperative members, clarifying doubts, and offering support in financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Delivering consultative service by identifying financial needs and proposing appropriate solutions (credit, investments, services, and products). Analyzing companies' economic\-financial information to support credit approval and other operations. Monitoring portfolio indicators (profitability, risk, delinquency, and satisfaction). Collaborating integrally with internal departments to ensure service excellence and compliance with regulations and policies. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration; Economics; Accounting Sciences; or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Financial Market ANBIMA Certification: CPA\-10, CPA\-20, or CEA Residence in Nova Odessa City Commercial profile, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and results orientation. Knowledge of financial products and services, credit analysis, and negotiations.
