We believe nature got it right the first time.* **Meet Your New Team!** We are looking for a Team Development Agent with a mindset geared toward improving manufacturing processes and enhancing productivity metrics, to join our growing Operations team. Based at our Valinhos factory, you will be part of a dedicated team. The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, and eager to build and leave their mark! **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * Execute your department’s production plan by coordinating work activities and adapting the plan according to available technical, human, and financial resources. * Maintain your department’s performance indicators within predefined targets by systematically monitoring and evaluating productivity, losses, safety, on-time delivery performance, expenses, etc., and implementing preventive or corrective actions. * Contribute to improvements in quality and productivity levels by implementing process improvement initiatives, projects, work methods, and other operational aspects related to your department. * Coordinate, together with the Maintenance Department, the execution of preventive maintenance for machines and equipment in the Production Department, aligned with the received production schedule. * Coordinate cleaning and sanitation of machines, equipment, and work areas, as well as minor maintenance performed by line personnel; also monitor the execution of scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance. * Analyze feasibility and propose improvement suggestions submitted by your team. * Manage your team—selecting, training, supervising, coaching, evaluating performance, motivating, ensuring compliance with company policies, scheduling vacations, and handling other personnel management matters. **Required Experience and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Advanced English (mandatory) * Preferred: 5 years of experience in a similar role * Knowledge of production processes * Knowledge of production capacity and control * Understanding of ingredient composition used in products * Knowledge of leadership techniques and people management * Knowledge of statistical process control * Knowledge of performance indicators * Ability to interpret chemical analyses * Knowledge of inventory control * Familiarity with FSSC22000 standards * Knowledge of 5S, GMP, and Kaizen methodologies **Why Join Oterra?** * Competitive compensation package * Continuous opportunities for learning and career advancement * Convenient location with free on-site parking * And much more! **More Information and Application** We’d love to learn more about you and your motivation for this role!
