Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating fabric machinery, separating base fabrics, sewing, inspecting and classifying defects, as well as packaging and assisting other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate fabric winding and inspection machines 2. Perform quality control by classifying fabric and knit defects 3. Assist in dyeing, printing, and finishing operations Receive production orders from the fabric winding machine. Separate base fabrics according to production orders. Sew fabrics to form bolts and make them available for dyeing and printing. Operate the fabric inspection machine to inspect finished, dyed, and printed fabrics, cutting to the length specified by the order while monitoring fabric defects and identifying possible manufacturing defects. Classify fabric and knit defects related to manufacturing and finishing according to established standards and current regulations. Package the fabric and affix the label to the roll. Assist, when necessary, with machinery operations in the dyeing, printing, and finishing departments. Organize and clean the workplace. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
