Operate sheet metal bending machines independently, interpret technical drawings, and perform bends on metal sheets according to project specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Interpret technical drawings and production orders to configure the bending machine; * Perform precise bends on medium-complexity parts; * Adjust machine and tool parameters; * Conduct dimensional measurements and inspections as required; * Complete production records and incident reports; * Support Junior Operators and contribute to process improvements. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school or completed high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 3 years of industrial experience. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours (44 hours per week). One position is for the 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and another position is for the 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 2:23 AM; Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:38 AM).
