Our specialty is diagnostic medicine, and our purpose is to respect and care for lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide friendly and efficient patient support via WhatsApp; * Respond to questions regarding exams offered by the clinic, including preparation instructions and estimated duration; * Inform patients about accepted health insurance plans and available payment methods; * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel exams according to patient requests, following clinic guidelines; * Ensure accurate entry and timely updating of information in the clinic’s system; * Maintain empathetic, respectful, and humanized service to ensure a positive patient experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is a plus; * Strong written communication and text interpretation skills; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous conversations; * Proficient typing skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and empathy in public service; * Agility in responding to requests. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher, Food allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, on-site work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Alternate Saturdays: 6:40 AM – 1:00 PM With 30 years of market presence, the **Diagmed Group** has built its history upon pioneering spirit and perseverance.
