At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Senior Incentive Programs Analyst** **Where you’ll work:** Campinas, SP **Work model:** On-site **Company:** CPFL Paulista \- A company of the CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Prior experience in similar roles involving accountability reporting, indicator calculation, report preparation, billing, and finance \- with high activity volume and dynamism; * Experience with regulatory processes, audits, inspections, or accountability reporting to regulatory agencies; * Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with SAP \- considered a plus; * Proficiency in process automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python, or similar is desirable; * Prior experience with process automation \- considered a plus; * Willingness to work on-site in Campinas, SP **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Execute administrative processes for the Directorate, focusing on support for ANEEL-regulated Research, Development and Innovation (PDI) and Energy Efficiency (EE) programs. * Monitor financial aspects of regulated programs, including resource control, balance calculation, disbursement tracking, and budgetary monitoring. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to prepare periodic and regulatory reports for ANEEL, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Monitor targets, calculate program indicators and results, contributing to continuous process improvement and business value generation. * Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and analyses to support decision-making by the Directorate and supported management teams. * Track ANEEL regulatory updates related to the Energy Efficiency Program, supporting internal process alignment with current requirements \- considered a plus. * Perform administrative processes related to PDI program management, such as capitalization and time allocation of professionals involved in projects, ensuring accurate cost allocation. * Handle administrative matters within the area, including inspections, internal audits, and accountability processes, performing information and evidence gathering, consolidation, and reporting. * Identify opportunities for automating processes, controls, and operational routines to enhance efficiency and delivery quality \- considered a plus. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Daycare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
