Perform technical excellence in diagnosing and repairing faults, guide colleagues, promote best maintenance practices, and ensure service quality in accordance with Company standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electronics; Driver’s License Category B; Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams; Knowledge of the function of electromechanical and hydraulic components related to equipment, as well as general mechanical and electrical knowledge (analysis of electrical and hydraulic schematics); Technical English; **Desirable:** Knowledge of diesel engines, NR18 and NR35 regulations; Experience in heavy equipment maintenance. **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal and/or Food Allowance; Mobility Allowance or Commuter Pass; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; 24-hour Dr. Mills service; Extended maternity and paternity leave; PLR — Profit and Results Sharing.
