Opportunity for personal and professional development in a dynamic environment. **You could be our new** **Senior Process Analyst** **Vinhedo/SP** **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and review reports on observations made during production tests, including advanced analyses of Process Capability, Production Performance, and Quality. * Monitor the creation and updating of specifications for finished products and production processes, verifying compliance with internal and regulatory standards. * Support the development and implementation of specifications for new products, ensuring alignment with technical and market requirements. * Develop and implement advanced methodologies and standardization processes. * Manage and monitor continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring positive impact on performance indicators and strategic alignment. * Provide advanced technical support to the production area, assisting in resolving complex and critical issues related to production processes. * Act as the primary technical interface with Process Engineering, supporting the development and optimization of new equipment, tools, and production flows. * Evaluate the development and maintenance of production tool specifications, promoting integration with innovation and automation projects. **Your Skills, Experience, and Education** * Extensive experience in Injection processes, with the ability to conduct complex analyses focused on continuous improvement of production processes. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate English / Basic Spanish desirable. **SIG Competencies** We are looking for individuals who consistently strive to achieve results, even under challenging circumstances.
