The role will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for the PTx product portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospecting, demand generation, and relationship management with distributors and customers. * Business planning and regional market monitoring. * Supporting negotiations and closing sales with distributors. * Collaborating with regional PSMs and RMs on field days and PLOT activities in the regions to develop data. * Providing post\-sales commercial support to distributors and customers; technical and commercial support. * Reinforcing communication of PTx solutions’ value proposition. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field. * Experience in commercial strategy, channel maintenance, and market development. * Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic markets**.** * Strategic thinking. * Market analysis. * Channel management, relationship building, and cross\-functional collaboration. **Your Benefits** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Other **Work Location:** Santa Catarina and Southwest Paraná regions.
