Description

* Carefully inspect the section immediately after grinding, positioned at the rear of the machine, and be ready to take any necessary action. * Report any equipment anomalies to the operations supervisor. * Directly combat heat concentration points or potential fire sources using the available resource, namely, a directed water jet. * Perform emergency corrective maintenance and support preventive maintenance, provided trained for such tasks and consistent with job responsibilities; also clean the machine whenever possible, thereby maintaining the equipment in good cleaning and hygiene condition. * Replace the machine's grinding wheels whenever necessary, according to engineering recommendations regarding wheel utilization rate. * Comply with all company safety regulations by properly using personal protective equipment. * Populate operational routine control items by providing relevant information. * Notify machine operation personnel whenever identifying a risk that cannot be eliminated using the water jet. * Use hand tools required for minor interventions, provided authorized to do so. * Be responsible for one's own safety and that of fellow workers, identifying and reporting all risks encountered during task execution. * Ensure efficiency and reliability of performed services. **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school
