Job Summary: Manage the company's entire equipment replacement process, from request through delivery and eco-friendly disposal, maintain an updated inventory, and provide user support. Alignment with internal policies and information security Campinas About the Position**Main Responsibilities:** Manage the company's entire replacement process for laptops, computers, and mobile phones; Track the process from initial request through delivery of the new equipment to the user; **Ensure successful completion of replacements, including:** * Recording equipment sale to the employee, where applicable; * Formatting and deletion of company files; * Completion of the cycle via eco-friendly disposal, in compliance with sustainability standards; * Maintaining an updated inventory, ensuring precise control over equipment inflow and outflow; * Supporting users during transition by providing initial configuration and usage support for new devices; * Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure processes align with internal policies and good * information security practices. **Prerequisites:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Proficiency in formatting and configuring Windows, iOS, and Android devices; Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); Knowledge of Active Directory. **Preferred Qualifications:** Participation in equipment replacement projects involving more than 50 units.
