The professional will be responsible for conducting online sales using contacts provided by the company, without requiring external visits or business travel. Main Responsibilities: - Provide customer service and support exclusively through remote channels (WhatsApp, phone, and email), ensuring clear and professional communication. - Conduct online sales by sending messages, audio files, photos, and informational materials to customers. - Monitor ongoing negotiations, keeping the team updated on requirements and changes. - Record interactions and maintain an organized history of customer service activities. - Support the sales team in sales and relationship management strategies.
