Promote HR development policies and processes within your branch, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, diagnosing needs and planning actions to meet demands. Support leadership teams by acting as a business partner on matters related to HR processes, policies and practices. Act as the organization's representative in employee relations, actively listening, translating needs into actionable practices, reporting to the central HR team, providing informational support and ensuring compliance with regulations (HR Development Processes, Compensation, Benefits and Collective Bargaining Agreements). Monitor personnel recruitment and selection processes, both external and internal. Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring completion of the training period. Perform exit interviews, identifying turnover causes and opportunities for improvement. Implement training and development initiatives. Manage quota controls for PCDs (People with Disabilities), Young Apprentices and Interns at the branch. Act as an advocate and multiplier for internal marketing initiatives and activities. Generate and analyze data, providing technical assessments to support decision-making. Suggest improvements and provide technical ownership for processes within your area of responsibility. Support people and management practices such as climate surveys, performance evaluations, experience assessments and HR metrics. **Who we are looking for** ----------------- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources Management. Solid experience in generalist HR activities (DHO). Knowledge of compensation policies, payroll administration, benefits and labor relations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
