Operate equipment and perform processes related to material sorting, handling, replenishment, and loading. Participate in logistics processes, addressing and directing anomalies (shortages, overages, and damages) occurring during sorting and loading. Carry out quality routines, including disposal of rework items, equipment cleaning, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Perform routine management tasks, such as issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; implementing 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. Execute inventory routines, monitoring the loading or receiving process using control tools. Support the training and development of other team members and identify opportunities for operational training within the area, aiming to disseminate operational knowledge across the team. Perform operational tasks related to autonomous vehicles, including opening and closing trailer doors, connecting and disconnecting drive belts between mobile and fixed conveyors, operating the pneumatic suspension valve (air bag on the trailer) to facilitate loading, and activating the vehicle’s movement button—ensuring smooth and safe logistics operations. Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and conservation of natural resources, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. 251204020218756978
