Continuous pursuit of cost reduction and process improvement ### **Position: Senior Buyer – Maintenance** **About the Position:** We are looking for a **Senior Buyer – Maintenance** to join our Procurement team, with a focus on acquiring materials, spare parts, and technical services related to industrial maintenance. The professional will be responsible for leading strategic procurement processes, ensuring the optimal balance among cost, quality, delivery time, and supplier reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the procurement process for **materials, spare parts, and maintenance services (corrective, preventive, and predictive)**; * Conduct **quotations, negotiations, and contract finalization**, securing the best commercial and technical terms; * **Qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers**, in collaboration with technical and quality departments; * Support the Maintenance and Engineering departments in operational requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment; * Prepare and maintain updated reports on purchase order tracking, contracts, and performance indicators; * Continuously seek **alternatives and solutions for procurement cost reduction and process improvement**; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable compliance regulations, and legal requirements; * Collaborate with internal departments (Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Legal) to align and control procurement processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in **industrial maintenance procurement** (spare parts, consumables, technical services, and maintenance contracts); * Knowledge of **quotation, negotiation, and supplier management processes**; * Experience with **ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)**; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and negotiation abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Procurement, Maintenance Engineering, or Purchasing Management; * Experience in medium- or large-scale industrial companies; * Familiarity with procurement performance indicators (KPIs). **Work Location:** **Macuco, ZIP Code 13279\-451** **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** GNDI / Intermédica Health Insurance (national coverage), Bradesco Dental Insurance, Group Life Insurance, On-site Meal, Meal Voucher, and Profit Sharing (PLR).
