Control of materials, equipment, and safety **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Team Management:** Supervise workers (masons, laborers, drivers), delegate tasks, and record productivity. * **Technical Monitoring:** Read and interpret project documents and ensure faithful execution of the construction work according to specifications. * **Materials and Equipment Control:** Request materials, supplies, and equipment, and monitor their usage to prevent waste. * **Schedule and Targets:** Ensure adherence to established deadlines and report progress to engineering. * **Safety (SST):** Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs). * **Organization:** Organize the construction site and manage daily work routines.
