Lead teams and develop people **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:15, with a 1-hour-and-15-minute lunch break **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Implement cooperative member relationship strategies, including management of product and service portfolios; * Provide support to business and PA-related process teams; * Market existing portfolio products and services to enhance profitability and expand the portfolio; * Promote service quality, efficiency, and standardization; achieve established targets; and offer product and service solutions aligned with cooperative members’ expectations and loyalty within the assigned area of responsibility; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the Cooperative or directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Postgraduate studies and/or an MBA in management-related fields are desirable; Preferably reside in Santa Bárbara D'Oeste/SP or nearby region; Valid ANBIMA certification or higher; Experience in people management, including team leadership and employee development; Knowledge of the financial market and economic landscape; Relationship management and commercial portfolio experience; Familiarity with financial indicator analysis; Strong writing and reading comprehension skills; Driver’s license category B and highway driving experience; Personal vehicle; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
