We are looking for a natural-born pastry chef, capable of working in classic pastry-making with emphasis on detail, artistry, precision, and the use of high-quality ingredients to create traditional desserts that stand the test of time. DESCRIPTION: Perform chocolate tempering; Work on the development and production of traditional sweets; Execute recipes using piping techniques; Prepare cake and tart batters and fillings; Prepare toppings (meringues, buttercream, ganaches...); Assist in the production of fine confections; REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of working with chocolate (tempering); Ability to prepare brigadeiros; Ability to prepare batters and fillings; Understanding of ingredients and their functions; Agility and attention to detail; Organization, hygiene, and cleanliness in the workspace.
