**Key Responsibilities:** Support the registration of new products, including selection of products and suppliers, aiming to diversify and improve the product mix while monitoring market trends and requirements; Always in alignment with company policies; Evaluate suppliers, providing specific feedback to improve localized service and ensure service adequacy to the company’s reality; Ensure supply of production inputs and other materials requested by employees; Within payment and delivery deadlines; Conduct market research on product and service suppliers through price collection to identify optimal purchasing opportunities; Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases under the best conditions regarding quality, price, and delivery timelines; Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, tracking the delivery process and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms; Research new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative supply sources; Explore alternative products, as permitted by the production process, to improve product quality and reduce production costs; Update merchandise price lists with suppliers and internally disseminate this information to relevant departments; Verify the quality and credibility of the manufacturer of the product to be procured; Prepare and analyze competitive bidding maps containing supplier proposals; Register new suppliers for quotations and inquiries, as required; **General Responsibilities** Adhere to safety regulations by correctly using personal protective equipment.
