Job Summary: Perform maintenance and installation of valves, injection systems, refractory recovery, and equipment cleaning, ensuring operational quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of maintenance and installation of complex mechanisms. 2. Recovery and application of refractory linings. 3. Technical support for the development of team professionals. * Perform maintenance and installation of slide gate valve mechanisms and gas injection systems according to supplier specifications, internal procedures, and safety standards. * Keep technical records of interventions up to date, ensuring traceability and process compliance. * Carry out refractory recovery on slide gate valves, following technical standards and operational safety requirements. * Perform cleaning and recovery activities on ladles and covers, meeting maintenance schedules and operational demands. * Apply refractory linings on Steelmaking equipment (ladles, covers, distributors, furnaces, ladle cars, among others), ensuring functionality, quality, and productivity. * Assemble brickwork and/or thermal insulation on equipment, ensuring appropriate conditions for molten metal pouring as per specifications. * Dismantle and demolish refractory linings, ensuring proper preparation for equipment recovery processes. * Conduct inspections on machines, equipment, tools, and instruments, verifying operation, integrity, and operational safety. * Perform load handling operations, guiding overhead crane operators according to safety procedures and area requirements. * Maintain appropriate levels of productivity and quality in performing area operations. * Support less technically experienced professionals in more complex tasks, promoting team development. * Work alongside more experienced professionals, absorbing knowledge for self-technical development.
