




Description: * Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or Engineering. * Desired: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Project Management, or related fields is a plus. Experience in corporate performance management and goal deployment (BSC, OKR, PDCA). Proficiency in data analysis, KPIs, and operational efficiency. Knowledge of project portfolio management (PMO), with focus on prioritization and results tracking. Ability to consolidate information and deliver executive storytelling (presentations and dashboards). * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of financial analyses and investment feasibility assessments (Payback, ROI, IRR, NPV). * Behavioral Profile: Systemic and analytical mindset, critical thinking, assertive communication, proactivity, results orientation, organization, resilience, and ability to integrate across different areas and executive boards. Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years in strategic management, KPIs, and goal-setting programs. Experience in structured governance environments, including participation in executive rituals, report preparation, and decision-making support. * Support the translation of corporate strategy into concrete, measurable goals, cascaded by department (SMART and GPD methodologies), aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Ensure the update and consistency of Orizon’s Strategic Map, guaranteeing integration among objectives, indicators (KPIs), and action plans. * Provide technical support for goal-setting and variable compensation programs, consolidating results and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. * Structure and monitor the Strategic Projects Portfolio (Project), integrating milestones, outcomes, and impacts on corporate objectives. * Apply project management and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Kaizen), promoting standardization and an efficiency culture. * Conduct performance and operational efficiency analyses, consolidating historical data and forecasts, and developing corrective and preventive action plans. * Develop strategic reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel, consolidating information for senior leadership and executive committees. * Conduct benchmarking and propose best practices in performance, governance, and strategic compensation, enhancing the company’s competitiveness. * Support corporate management rituals, ensuring execution cadence and cross-departmental alignment. * Actively participate in business case development and economic feasibility studies, including ROI, Payback, and IRR analyses. 2512190202551927219
