**Responsibilities and Duties**
Perform administrative activities at the branch: record water usage controls listed on the back of invoices; issue pump service orders; prepare tire maps; manage meal vouchers; confirm shipments and cancel invoices; conduct inventories of personal protective equipment (PPE); handle OTC processes; register trucks and drivers in the VC system; issue maintenance service orders; and manage ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates).
Ensure input material quality according to product approval and individual specifications for each material by: verifying invoice information (quantity, material type, receiver’s address); monitoring seal removal; performing release testing (density); collecting, identifying, and storing retention samples and quality certificates; indicating unloading locations and instructing drivers on unloading procedures; and reporting any irregularities to the branch leader to prevent technical issues and claims.
Ensure raw material scheduling to avoid stockouts, aligned with next-day production planning, by: conducting field and silo stock verification; and requesting materials via email from aggregate, cement, additive, and admixture plants.
Ensure quality of received cement to avoid future compensation costs, by strictly following the material receipt process: completing inspection checklists; weighing trucks on highway scales; cross-checking invoice data and received goods; verifying seals; measuring temperature; identifying samples; and providing safety rule guidance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
