Key Responsibilities * Make phone calls and WhatsApp contacts to collect from delinquent customers; * Record all collection interactions and information in the system or spreadsheets; * Monitor daily payments and update the customer portfolio status; * Support accounts receivable control, reporting, and delinquency metrics; * Handle customers courteously while maintaining a professional demeanor, even during negotiations; * Meet established contact targets.
