### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The professional will work as a General Services Assistant (GSA), responsible for physically demanding tasks focused on cleaning and maintaining the condominium’s external areas. They must ensure the upkeep of these spaces, guaranteeing they are always clean, organized, and in good condition for use. Main responsibilities include sweeping, garbage collection, and sanitizing external areas such as sidewalks, gardens, parking lots, courtyards, and other open common areas, frequently working in environments exposed to sun and rain. Whenever necessary, they will assist in separating recyclable materials and properly collecting waste, contributing to correct disposal and environmental preservation. The purpose of this role is to maintain the condominium’s external areas clean, safe, and pleasant, ensuring well\-being for residents, visitors, and staff. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role (general services, cleaning, or maintenance); * Availability to work different shifts according to the schedule; * Organization, proactivity, and agility in performing tasks; * Reside nearby; * Preferred: basic knowledge of handling carts, cleaning machines, or sector-specific equipment. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Salary: R$ 1\.730,75 * Meal/food allowance: R$ 25,00 per day * Transportation voucher (MODAL) * Location: Barra da Tijuca ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
