Responsible for organizing and maintaining the restaurant environment Job Description: A Burger King Host plays a fundamental role in creating an exceptional experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, closely monitoring sales metrics, and delivering in-restaurant post-sale service to guarantee satisfaction for all customers. Additionally, the Host assists managers with NPS surveys (Link and Forms), ensuring that feedback is collected and used to improve services. The Host is also responsible for keeping marketing materials organized, updating menus, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and decorated with Burger King's iconic crowns.
