Job Summary: Prepare technical estimates and commercial proposals, analyze projects, develop unit price compositions, cost spreadsheets, and budget proposals (preliminary or execution-level), and adjust projects in software. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical estimates and commercial proposals 2. Technical project analysis and quantity takeoff 3. Creation and adjustment of projects in AutoCAD/Promob and SketchUp Prepare technical estimates and commercial proposals by defining resources and costs required for project execution, ensuring economic viability. Analyze technical projects (technical drawings, layouts) to perform quantity takeoff of materials and services. Develop unit price compositions, cost spreadsheets, and budget proposals (preliminary or execution-level). Create or adjust technical projects in AutoCAD/Promob and SketchUp, performing necessary detailing.
