




**Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree; Analytical profile, data-oriented and process-mapping focused (Advanced Excel, Power BI/Dashboards, and departmental business rules); Knowledge and experience in designing processes using workflow tools (Fluig, Lecom, Bizagi); Experience with problem analysis and resolution tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, Histogram, PDCA, SIPOC, Flowchart, 5W2H, 5 Whys); Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Power BI, and Bizagi Modeler (or equivalent tool). **Desirable Requirements:** Experience with Quality Management Systems, including development of operational standards and execution of internal audits to maintain NBR ISO 9001:2015 certification; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis); Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management, BPM, Continuous Improvement, or related fields; Knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector. Analyze existing processes (AS IS) and propose improvements and solutions for designing future-state processes (TO BE), including designing automation solutions (systemic or non-systemic). Assess gains (FTE and financial) resulting from process implementations and improvements. Map new processes (AS IS) and guide the development of performance indicators across cost, quality, and delivery dimensions, applying appropriate methodologies and tools. Perform process mapping and modeling using BPMN 2.0. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and/or PDCA, focusing on streamlining steps, eliminating waste, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. Conduct root cause analyses using problem analysis and resolution tools (5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Chart, 5 Whys).
