Bachelor's or technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. * Support the development of technical proposals and provide assistance to the sales team. * Assist in preparing simple maintenance reports and technical assessments. * Provide technical content validation support to the marketing team. * Perform disassembly and assembly of basic equipment: frequency inverters, soft-starters, AC/DC converters, UPS systems, and PLCs, according to maintenance requirements. * Conduct low-voltage tests to ensure proper operation of drives and other electroelectronic equipment. * Support internal logistics for maintenance processes, organizing the flow of equipment and parts between departments. * Provide initial technical support to customers and internal teams via telephone, assisting with drive parameterization and clarifying basic questions about WEG products. * Collect and organize field technical data and assist in issuing service orders. * Monitor workshop and field services, assisting in test interpretation.
