Contribution to quality control and material organization. **Job Summary:** Assist in the assembly of mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings, performing component sorting, preparation, and management. Conduct basic inspections before, during, and after assembly processes, and maintain control and organization of materials used, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret applicable procedures and technical drawings; * Sort, verify, and organize components for assembly using KANBAN systems; * Assist in cleaning and preparing components prior to assembly; * Support the installation of mechanical components under the guidance of the responsible assembler; * Perform simple visual inspections on parts and components as directed and per predefined checklists; * Prepare sealants and adhesives; * Support the assembler in applying and sealing parts and assemblies; * Identify and label parts and assemblies according to established standards. * Control and organize mechanical components used in assembly; * Support inventory control of parts and materials, ensuring traceability and restocking as needed; * Update component usage records in designated systems or forms. * Complete inspection records and production reports per work instructions; * Prepare component requisition reports based on requirements.
