After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate machinery and equipment for cargo and material handling. * Operate equipment and execute processes related to material sorting, handling, replenishment, and loading. * Participate in logistics processes, managing and directing anomalies (shortages, overages, and damages) occurring during sorting and loading. * Perform quality routines, including disposal of rework materials, equipment cleaning, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Carry out routine management activities, such as issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; implementing 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. * Execute inventory routines, monitoring the loading or receiving process using control tools. * Support the training and qualification of other employees and identify opportunities for operational training within the area, aiming to multiply operational knowledge among team members. * Perform operational tasks related to autonomous vehicles, including opening and closing trailer doors, connecting and disconnecting drive belts between mobile and fixed conveyors, activating the pneumatic suspension valve (trailer air bag) to facilitate loading, and pressing the vehicle movement button—ensuring fluidity and safety in logistics processes. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies; recognize environmental impacts and risks; and become familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education — Mandatory **Worth noting:** Monday to Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM. **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
