After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who firmly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Asset cost management; * Monitoring fleet availability across Brazil and adherence to maintenance plans; * Asset inventory management and regulatory compliance; * Development and follow-up of projects focused on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement of assets; * Telematics analysis focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and safety; * Fleet fuel consumption management; * Tire management, aiming to optimize performance and reduce costs; * Asset lifecycle studies and definition of optimal replacement timing; * Analysis of the most suitable asset profile for each type of operation; * Fleet renewal planning and asset decommissioning; * Oversight of maintenance performed at external workshops across Brazil; * Studies to define optimal stock levels of spare parts and supplies; * Prospecting, evaluation, and qualification of spare parts and service suppliers; * Direct involvement in heavy-duty fleet management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency required; * Proficiency in management and continuous improvement tools (GPD, PDCA, 5S) required; * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Fleet Management is desirable; * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) required; * SAP PM module knowledge is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. **Unit-Specific Benefits:** **Amparo:** * Chartered bus or transportation allowance to facilitate your daily commute * On-site dental clinic **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
