Independent, proactive profile with a sense of ownership Description: Mandatory Requirements * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Procurement Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement, preferably with construction companies or civil engineering firms; * Negotiation and supplier relationship skills; * Knowledge of contract management, procurement workflows, and supply processes; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Mega preferred); * Experience with SIAC. Desirable Requirements * Experience in residential construction or innovative construction systems; * Knowledge of cost analysis and construction budgeting; * Intermediate English or Spanish. Main Responsibilities * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring purchases remain within the pre-determined budgeted cost for the project; * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) within 7 consecutive days after request; * Lead quotation, negotiation, and PO issuance processes; * Ensure materials are procured within the budgeted cost; * Respect the minimum supplier payment term of 28 days; * Monitor the full procurement cycle until delivery at the construction site or factory (follow-up); * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Budgeting, and Planning departments to ensure adequate project supply; * Manage and maintain supplier relationships, monitoring their performance regarding delivery time, quality, and cost; * Support new supplier qualification when required; * Prepare performance tracking reports and KPIs for the department; * Attend weekly meetings. 2511300202181836832
