Plan and coordinate recruitment and selection processes. Monitor employee development and training. Manage internal communication and employee relations. Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Human Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
