Commercial Analyst: From 08:00 to 17:48 hrs Monday to Friday Lunch break: 1 hour We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience in commercial areas, e-commerce, and in-person sales. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** SALES (Counter + Full Commercial Support): Direct customer service (retail staff, workshops, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), maintaining a professional demeanor and active listening; Proactive prospecting of new customers via WhatsApp and telephone; Maintaining relationships with both active and inactive customers to retain and reactivate the client base; **E-COMMERCE** Creating, updating, and optimizing listings, including authentic product photos, attention-grabbing titles, comprehensive descriptions, and accurate categorization; Taking simple yet well-presented product photographs (attention to detail is mandatory); Developing new sales channels; Issuing invoices. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education; Strong communication skills (written and verbal), clarity, and professionalism in customer interactions; Practical knowledge of Excel (data entry, quotations, sales tracking).
