Job Summary: Professional required to operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective air conditioning maintenance 2. Knowledge of refrigeration systems (chilled water plant) 3. Experience with electrical systems, VRF, VRV, and inverter **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) using direct and indirect expansion systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems; knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems.
