**Job Description**: Supervisor with experience in managing in-house and third-party field teams, focused on ensuring adherence to construction schedules and compliance with technical specifications for GPON network construction. **Education**: Minimum completed high school diploma. Technical or undergraduate education is a plus. **Required Experience:** * Extensive experience as a network construction project supervisor * Team management (in-house team) and contractor management * Ability to read optical network DWG drawings * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word for reporting and spreadsheets * Hands-on experience in aerial and underground optical network construction using GPON technology, including backbone networks * Knowledge of NR10 and NR35 regulations * Familiarity with optical network construction standards (cable laying, slack storage, fusion splice test curve analysis, pole installation, etc.) * External client relationship management **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise pole and optical network installations, as well as all related procedures—including safety protocols—to ensure smooth operations, providing daily reports to managers and the client * Verify work stages against the proposed physical schedule, proactively prevent workplace accidents, and guide mitigation of impacts * Supervise field teams responsible for pole installation, cable laying, splicing, and testing, submitting daily progress reports on construction * Report the list of professionals working on-site and update it promptly upon any personnel changes * Confirm that field teams comply with end-client-defined standards * Review and ensure proper use of PPE by field teams (NR10 and NR35) * Verify quantities of materials used on-site (reviewing measurement reports submitted by field teams) **Work Modality:** On-site at our construction site in Rio de Janeiro **Location:** Rio de Janeiro-RJ **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education: * Telecommunications Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Telecommunications, Technical Course Driver’s License: D, C, B, A, E Willingness to Travel * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * Commuter Allowance * Meal or Food Allowance
