Focus on customer satisfaction and after-sales **JOB DESCRIPTION** Receptionist **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Greet customers visiting the unit; Provide customer service according to the service standards of the BotoEsthetic franchise network; Receive and make contacts via available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and others); Present available procedure options, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive outcomes, before-and-after images, pricing, and payment terms, among other information; Clarify any customer questions regarding specific procedures; Register new customers in the systems; Schedule and confirm appointments with customers in advance; Notify the technical team about customer arrivals; Carry out after-sales activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside in Maceió/AL. Completed high school education. Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in aesthetics or healthcare sectors. Proficiency in Excel and Word. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in aesthetic or healthcare clinics.
