The Your Mission: Be the protagonist of the relationship with the Customer in the store, welcoming them in a Thoughtful, Authentic and Enthusiastic way, guided by proactivity and quality in Service. Be a promoter of effective and efficient service that makes customers' lives easier; Listen and communicate with customers, seeking to satisfy their needs and offering ideas, tips or solutions when necessary; Establish a relationship of trust with customers, contributing to their loyalty.
