What you'll do * Control and monitoring of international accounts payable; * Banking controls in local and foreign currencies; * Foreign exchange closing; * Banking relationship management; * Accounting and financial reconciliation of accounts payable; * Accounts receivable control; * Monitor cash flow forecast assumptions against actuals; * Preparation of management reports; * Accounting reconciliations; * Analysis of new customers and suppliers (SERASA); * Clearance of accounts payable and receivable-related debts; * Intercompany reconciliations; * Ensure compliance with obligations within deadlines and in accordance with company procedures and regulations. What we are looking for * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting; * Experience in accounts payable and receivable; * Industrial experience (automotive industry preferred); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience with ERP systems such as TOTVS Microsiga, SAP, or similar Treasury modules; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work during standard business hours.
