Job Summary: The professional will deliver theoretical and practical classes, monitoring and guiding students in their professional training while applying pedagogical methodologies. Deliver classes according to your area of expertise, covering both theoretical and practical content with students, monitoring and guiding\-them through activities and exercises specific to the field, thereby contributing to students' professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan technical visits aligned with the current curricular unit. * Plan and organize internal or external practical classes, verifying machines, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, and environments required for practical instruction. * Understand the SENAI Methodology. * Apply pedagogical practices mediated in accordance with the SENAI Methodology. * Apply the guiding principles of pedagogical practice as defined by the SENAI Methodology (development of competencies; mediation of learning; interdisciplinarity; contextualization; emphasis on learning how to learn; bridging the gap between the world of work and social practices; integration of theory and practice; encouragement of critical thinking and innovation; meaningful learning; assessment of learning; promotion of educational technology use). * Use the course plan as a reference to identify basic, technical, and socioemotional competencies to be developed. * Collaborate in curriculum review and development, ensuring alignment with current and future industrial needs. * Stay updated with trends, technologies, and innovations in the industrial sector relevant to the course. * Develop teaching plans. * Develop and revise assessment items per curricular unit and semester, in accordance with Item Response Theory (IRT) methodology, within established deadlines. * Monitor class satisfaction level (NPS). * Develop lesson plans addressing competencies to be developed, knowledge objects, teaching strategies, didactic resources, technological resources, and evaluation criteria. * Create didactic support materials, manuals, and specific practical guides for courses in initiation, improvement, qualification, and technical certification modalities. * Gather information about class characteristics (education level, gender, age group, persons with disabilities – PwD) to adapt teaching and learning strategies. * Design challenging and meaningful learning strategies that connect learners to professional practice, such as problem-based situations, applied research, case studies, technical projects, and integrative projects, among others. * Apply the vocational education assessment system in accordance with Item Response Theory (IRT) when designing objective tests. * Develop practical tests and other assessment methods to measure student progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * Experience in the educational field (teaching). * Proven experience assembling and testing electronic circuits on breadboards. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics. * Proficiency using multimeters and basic measurement instruments. * Mastery of breadboard usage (bus bars, power supply lines, and internal connections), adjustable power supply, and digital multimeter. **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Weekly workload: 44 hours * Fixed-term contract (06 months) * Shift: Morning and afternoon * **Location: São Miguel dos Campos** * The selection process will include the following **stages**: Specific Knowledge Test, Micro-teaching Lesson, and Interview.
