Responsibilities and Duties Lead the irrigation electricians team; Assign and monitor daily activities; **Execute and supervise:** Preventive and corrective maintenance, field electrical installations; **Diagnose and resolve electrical failures in:** Pumps, control panels, irrigation systems; Ensure continuous operation of irrigation systems; Monitor equipment performance; **Control and organize:** Service orders, materials, and tools; Ensure compliance with safety regulations; Train and guide teams under your responsibility; Support the team during emergencies (breakdowns/failures); Requirements and Qualifications Technical course in Electrotechnology; Experience in irrigation electrical systems; Experience managing teams; Flexible working hours; Proficiency in low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, installation, operation, and maintenance of three-phase electric motors and irrigation pumps. Electrical controls: contactors, thermal and protection relays, soft starters, and frequency inverters; Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and single-line schematics. Irrigation systems: center pivot, drip irrigation (differential); **Basic knowledge of industrial automation:** PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), electrical measurements: current, voltage, resistance, power; **Maintenance types:** Preventive, corrective, and predictive; **Regulations and safety:** NR-10 (mandatory), NR-12 and NR-35 (preferred); **Safety procedures:** Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Work Permit (WP), Risk Analysis.
