Collaboration with technical teams and supervisors **Job Objective:** Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems, assisting with installation, configuration, repair, and equipment monitoring to ensure the integrity and optimal performance of electronic security systems. **Responsibilities:** · * Assist in the installation and configuration of security cameras, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and other related CCTV system equipment. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems, including cameras, cables, power supplies, and auxiliary equipment. * Conduct tests and adjustments on camera and recording systems to ensure image quality and proper device functionality. * Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues, reporting failures or anomalies detected during maintenance activities. * Help analyze failures and diagnose defective equipment, performing necessary corrections or forwarding units for specialized repair. * Support maintenance of recording systems by performing backups and verifying the integrity of stored data. * Collaborate in organizing cables and components to ensure CCTV systems are well-structured and secure. * Monitor updates of CCTV system software and firmware, following guidance from the technical team. * Provide on-site support during installation of new CCTV systems, assisting with camera placement and cable and connection management. * Maintain an organized and safe workplace, adhering to safety regulations and company-established procedures. * Assist in preparing maintenance reports, documenting performed services and equipment conditions. * Collaborate with technical staff and supervisors, following technical and operational instructions to ensure service efficiency and quality. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical training in electronics, electronic security, telecommunications, or related fields is preferred. **Technical Knowledge:** * Prior experience or basic knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVRs, NVRs, recording and control systems) is desirable. * Basic knowledge of CCTV system installation and maintenance, structured cabling, and data networks. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow technical instructions efficiently.
