We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Support the Cashier Supervisor in executing operational routines, ensuring established targets and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and customer satisfaction; * Ensure cashiers comply with internal procedures—including opening, closing, and reconciling cash amounts—to maintain operational compliance; * Assist in organizing and stocking the checkout area, ensuring it meets company-established standards to optimize operational flow and deliver a positive customer experience; * Verify and confirm cashiers’ change fund amounts at the start and end of shifts, recording information in appropriate systems and controls to ensure data accuracy and prevent financial discrepancies; * Ensure proper banknote exchange procedures at cash registers, guaranteeing operations are conducted securely, accurately, and in accordance with company standards; * Monitor cash withdrawals and deposits performed by cashiers, ensuring compliance with security and confidentiality regulations to safeguard financial processes; * Support the Cashier Supervisor in monitoring team activities, ensuring departmental priorities are fulfilled and tasks are completed on schedule and as required; * Conduct loss prevention and control activities, monitoring operational processes—including properly blocking closed registers with shopping carts to prevent customers from accessing unauthorized areas—and identifying improvement opportunities to reduce waste and losses; * Perform cashier closing reconciliation routines, ensuring compliance with company-established closing norms and standards, as well as secure and appropriate handling of funds, to guarantee accuracy of financial records and integrity of company resources; * Use personal password and/or card for cashier authorizations, ensuring exclusivity and refraining from lending or sharing them with others, to guarantee security and individual accountability in financial operations; * Assist in team training and development, identifying qualification needs and ensuring staff alignment with company operational standards; * Assist in managing team schedules, days off, and vacations through the shift planning system, ensuring accurate registration, timely communication to the team, and execution as planned to guarantee operational continuity and workload balance; * Perform other related tasks as needed or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Knowledge or experience in this sector will be an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Career progression; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC membership; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Shopping discounts.
